From 10 March to 31 May 2026, Dick Bruna’s iconic bunny hops into Ichiba Westfield London and Japan Centre (Leicester Square) for a joyful food pop-up inspired by cherry blossom season.
Miffy is a global design icon loved by all ages – and now she’s bringing her unmistakable charm to Europe’s largest Japanese food hall including the recently renovated flagship store in Leicester Square.
Previous collaborations have spanned the summer and winter seasons; this limited-time takeover celebrates Hanami, Japan’s much-loved festival of flower viewing. Think soft pink blossoms, springtime joy and a picture-perfect setting made for sharing.
Visitors can tuck into an exclusive Miffy-themed menu; expect comforting Japanese favourites including curry, Takoyaki and fluffy Hirata buns, plus beautifully crafted Miffy lattes that are almost too cute to drink.
For selfie-lovers, at Ichiba Westfield London, a showstopping 2m high Miffy lamp will shine brightly, welcoming visitors across the threshold. Both retail locations also feature dedicated photo spots to snap timeless shots with Miffy and friends beneath the blossoms.
Limited-edition Miffy merchandise will be available in-store at Ichiba Westfield, Leicester Square and online at japancentre.com. This includes European and Japanese exclusives plus three special Miffy x Japan Centre spring tote bags.
And for the ultimate fan moment, Miffy herself will be making special appearances:
Ichiba Westfield London – 3rd April 2026 (Good Friday), 12 – 4.30pm
Japan Centre Leicester Square – Sunday 12th April 2026, 12 – 4.30pm
