Miffy has been given a makeover to celebrate the 83rd edition of Pitti Bimbo, the International Fair of Children’s-Wear which takes place in Italy.
The design project – called Miffy Fashion Comics – was created by designer Alessandro Enriquez and developed in collaboration with some of the most iconic kids’ fashion houses including MONNALISA, ICE ICEBERG, TWINSET Simona Barbieri, and N°21.
Each of these brands created an outfit dedicated to Miffy which are exhibited on pop-up stands in Pitti, Italy. The different Miffy looks inspired a special range of t-shirts which can be seen in Pitti, at a dedicated area in Cavaniglia Pavillion.
The fashion houses also created exclusive miniature versions of the outfits which fit Miffy plush dolls – these are now being auctioned for charity, with part of the proceeds being donated to OXFAM.
