Miffy is excited to announce that she will be joining the Maggie & Rose family this spring! Join Miffy for exciting read-along sessions, fun craft activities and a delicious Miffy-themed afternoon tea.
Miffy’s been waiting since 2020 to celebrate her 65th birthday with Maggie & Rose, and she’s so excited for the festivities to begin!
The adventure begins on World Book Day (March 3rd) with two special story time sessions where young fans can hear about Miffy’s Adventures while making Miffy crafts. Drop in to the Maggie & Rose Islington café at 9:30am or 11:00am to enjoy some Miffy-themed fun!

The celebrations don’t end there – from Mother’s Day to Easter weekend (27th March – 17th April), Miffy will hop into residence at Maggie & Rose Islington with a themed afternoon tea including carrot shots, hummus plant pots and garden veggie tops plus Miffy’s homemade carrot cake.
The afternoon tea will be served Sunday – Friday, with two sessions at 2.30pm and 4.30pm and must be booked a minimum of 48 hours ahead. Book by emailing islington@maggieandrose.com.

If all these exciting events aren’t enough, you can also meet Miffy herself on Good Friday (15th April). Miffy will visit each of the Maggie & Rose clubs in Chiswick, Kensington and Islington, giving fans an extra special Easter treat!
For members of Maggie & Rose, little ones will see Miffy added to the curriculum, they will be able to explore all the iconic colours of Miffy and create their very own art using the special techniques of Miffy’s creator, Dick Bruna. They will even get to try out the style of Matisse, an artist that inspired Bruna to make Miffy the wonderful way she is.
Miffy’s can’t wait for the fun activities coming up – especially the afternoon tea!
