25 things to do this summer

Summer is finally here, and that means longer days, warmer weather and lots of opportunities for adventure. 

Whether the sun is shining brightly or there are a few rainy clouds in the sky, there are so many exciting things to do during the summer holidays. Miffy’s put together a list of some of her favourite summer activities to help inspire your family. 

1. Have a Picnic 

Pack some sandwiches, fruit and your favourite snacks, then head to a park or your garden for a picnic. 

2. Go on a Nature Walk 

See what you can spot along the way. Can you find a butterfly, a bee or a colourful flower? 

3. Make a Nature Collage 

Collect leaves, petals and twigs, then use them to create a beautiful picture. 

4. Grow a Sunflower 

Plant a sunflower seed and watch it grow throughout the summer.  

5. Build a Den 

Use blankets, cushions or sticks from the garden to make your own secret hideaway.

The best thing about summer is spending time with the people you love and making happy memories together.
