A new exhibition called ‘Miffy & Friends’ has opened at the Bunjil Palace Gallery in Melbourne, Australia.
The exhibition is running until the 13th June 2021 and there are lots of fun activities for you to get involved in. Every Thursday night until the 13th May, Bunjil Place goes into night mode and you can enjoy art making, open mics as well as food, drinks and music!
Visitors to the exhibition can expect to see original drawing and illustrations by Dick Bruna alongside early book covers and posters. You will be able to see Bruna’s work all the way up to the conception of Miffy.
The work of seven contemporary Australian artists will also be on display, all have taken inspiration from the colour, line and form featured in Bruna’s original works.
